We’ve been busy behind the scenes and we’re finally ready to share just how much has changed (and grown) at Millers Oils over the last six months. Expanded facilities, new product innovations and fresh faces in the team, it’s all part of our mission to deliver even better service, faster turnaround, and more innovation than ever before.

A New Warehouse for a New Era

To keep pace with rising demand, we built a new warehouse. With more space, improved layout, and streamlined operations, we’re now better equipped to process and ship more orders, and more efficiently than ever before. This upgrade allows us to maintain the high standards you expect while scaling to meet growing needs across all markets.

Bigger, Better Labelling Operations

Alongside the warehouse expansion, we’ve repurposed and improved our office space to make rooms for a larger, more efficient labelling office. This upgrade makes it easier to handle increasing product volumes and ensures every bottle, drum, and pack that goes out the door, is clearly and accurately labelled, further enhancing our commitment to quality and attention to detail.

Meet Our New Team Member: The Robot

We’ve gone full sci-fi. Our shiny new robotic arm is now hard at work on our filling and packing line. The full system handles retail pack products from start to finish: picking up the bottles, labelling, filling, packing and the robot arm swooping in to place the box onto the pallet, with minimal manual intervention. It’s fast, accurate, and honestly… a little bit mesmerising to watch.

Launching New Products with Confidence 

Thanks to these upgrades behind the scenes, we’ve successfully launched several new exciting products over the last few months:

• EE Performance – Our latest additions to the engine oil range for drivers who demand low-friction, performance on the road or track.
• XF Premium ATF 9LG – A top-tier Automatic Transmission Fluid for ZF 9-speed applications.
• ZFS 4T Performance – A brand-new range for Motorcycles, Scooters, and ATVs, built for performance in extreme conditions.
• ZFS 4T 10w60 – The newest addition to our 4-stroke Motorcycle, Scooter, and ATV range.

With more space and better workflows, we’re able to bring new innovations to market faster and more effectively, so you get the products you need, when you need them.

WHICHOIL? Just Got Smarter

Our most visited tool just got a new upgrade to make it even easier to find the right product. WHICHOIL? now includes:

• Registration plate scanning functionality (no more typing it all out).
• Expanded search for commercial and agricultural vehicles.
• A simpler, more intuitive user experience.

We took your feedback, turned it into action, and made WHICHOIL? even more useful for finding the perfect oil. It’s faster, smarter, and available 24/7, giving you instant access to accurate oil recommendations. Try it out.

Growing Our Team

We’ve welcomed some brilliant new starters and celebrated a wave of well-earned promotions across the business. It’s all about building a team with new perspectives, renewed energy, and strengthening our ability to grow, innovate, and continue delivering the service our customers expect.

And while many know Millers Oils through our motorsport partnerships or the oils in their local garage, we also offer a wide range of industrial lubricants, and we’re growing in that space too. So, our Industrial team is expanding, ensuring we have the right people in place to support our customers across every sector we serve. So, if you hear a new voice on the phone or spot a fresh face in your reception, that’s just Millers Oils growing to serve you better!
