Challenger Scheme 2026 Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:
The applicant must be aged 16 or above by the first round of the 2026 MINI CHALLENGE JCW season and must hold the appropriate race licence required for participation.

2. Funding Scope:
Millers Oils Ltd (“the Sponsor”) agrees to fund the cost of the official entry fee for one driver (“the Recipient”) to compete in the 2026 MINI CHALLENGE JCW Championship.

3. Season Commitment:
The Recipient is required to have registered & entered a full season and MUST participate in all scheduled rounds of the 2026 MINI CHALLENGE JCW season. The Recipient acknowledges that Millers Oils funds only the entry fee, and the Recipient must independently secure sufficient financial resources to complete the full season, including but not limited to: vehicle hire or purchase, team fees, tyres, fuel, testing, transport, damages, and other racing-related expenses.

4. Missed Rounds:
Should the Recipient fail to participate in any official championship round, for any reason not expressly approved in writing by Millers Oils Ltd, the Recipient shall be liable to pay Millers Oils Ltd a fee of £1,000 (one thousand pounds GBP) per missed round. This fee must be reimbursed directly to Millers Oils Ltd within 14 days of written notice being issued.

5. Branding & Livery Requirements:
The Recipient agrees that the competing vehicle’s livery must include Millers Oils branding covering a minimum of 50% of the vehicle’s total livery space, consistent with the style, placement, and prominence indicated in the reference design provided by Millers Oils Ltd. No alterations, reductions, or repositioning of Millers Oils branding may be made without prior written approval from Millers Oils Ltd.

6. Conduct & Representation:
The Recipient must conduct themselves professionally and uphold the reputation of Millers Oils Ltd at all times. Any behaviour deemed detrimental to the Millers Oils brand may result in removal from the Scheme.

7. Promotional Obligations:
The Recipient agrees to participate in all reasonable marketing, media, and promotional activities requested by Millers Oils Ltd, including but not limited to: interviews, social content creation, sponsor events, photoshoots, and branding initiatives throughout the 2026 season. Promotional activities may include a maximum of 3 days away from the race weekends. Millers Oils will cover travel costs to and from event space.

8. Use of Image & Media Rights:
By entering the Scheme, the Recipient grants Millers Oils Ltd unrestricted rights to use their name, image, likeness, race footage, and associated content for promotional, editorial, and commercial purposes during the 2026 season and for a reasonable period thereafter.

9. Termination:
Millers Oils Ltd reserves the right to withdraw support or terminate the Recipient’s involvement in the Scheme in the event of breach of conduct, failure to meet obligations, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

10. Liability:
Millers Oils Ltd shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or financial costs sustained by the Recipient in connection with participation in the MINI CHALLENGE JCW Championship.

11. Acceptance:
Submission of this application constitutes acknowledgement that the applicant has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The applicant must also be available w/c 2^nd February if through to final shortlisting to attend interview process event.
