Millform VO

Millform VO is a solvent based forming fluid, with lubricity agents that are particularly effective on light pressing, blanking and drawing operations.

Millform VO is used as supplied and typically applied by pump, bush swab or spray. Millform VO is suitable for both non-ferrous and ferrous metal forming operations where light pressures are required. The residual lubricant film is extremely light, reducing the need for post-forming cleaning operations.

The light oily residue can be readily removed by solvent degreasing. Alkali cleaners can also be used but care should be taken to ensure that the cleaner is compatible with non-ferrous metals.
