Industrial Product of the Month – Millercare SC

Millercare SC is a formaldehyde-free system cleaner where aqueous solutions of machining and grinding fluid have been in use.

This product is to be used typically at 2% but increased strength up to 5% where high levels of accumulated dirt require removal. Circulate for 24 hours, with an absolute minimum continuous circulation of 8 hours.

Millercare SC’s benefits include:

• Formaldehyde free
• Good cleaning and bio-resistance.
• Suitable for use when converting from oil products to water based.
• Does not affect suitably painted surfaces on machine tools.
• May be used directly in working emulsions @ 2% dilution.
