appointed by millers oils

Millers Oils has appointed Bob Howard as Key Account Manager for the Industrial sector. Howard’s experience spans 23 years in industrial lubricants and his knowledge of the industry means he is well placed to drive Millers’ growth in this market. His appointment builds on the company’s recent success, to increase focus in the industrial sector.

“The company has experienced exceptional success within the automotive sector, winning numerous awards for its Nanodrive technology, including the Queen’s Award for Enterprise in 2012. We want to transfer this success to our industrial division by enhancing the services, products and expertise we offer customers,” says Nevil Hall, Millers Oils Joint Managing Director. “Bob’s long-standing experience within the sector and passion for developing our services will ensure we can continue to meet and exceed client requirements.”

He will be implementing a number of projects to increase Millers Oils’ presence in the industrial sector. One such project is Millers’ Asset Protection Scheme (APS), a holistic service currently in the final stages of development, which will help manufacturers to manage and maintain machinery effectively.

“APS is an exciting project for Millers Oils as it will allow us to offer manufacturers valuable insight into the efficiency of their machinery through services such as used-oil analysis. APS will provide a one-stop-shop to aid fluid management and optimisation, service scheduling and enable manufacturers to proactively maintain machinery,” says Howard
